Report a reaction or a product problem
If a product caused irritation or any other health effect, stop using it and tell us. We log every report and, where the law requires, pass it to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Including the details below helps us act fast.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Adverse event" and include:
1. Which product (Degreaser or Clear Coat) and the lot number printed on the tube.
2. What happened, when it started, and whether it has stopped.
3. Where you bought it and roughly when.
4. A way to reach you if we need more information.
