Privacy

Privacy policy.

Effective November 2, 2026. Applies to ironforgeformen.com, operated by American Heritage Consumer LLC ("we").

What we collect

• Email address, only if you type it into the launch-list form. We use it to send the launch announcement and, if you don't unsubscribe, occasional product news. Nothing else.
• Messages you send us by email, including reports about a product. We keep those to respond and, for product-safety reports, as long as the law requires.
• Basic traffic data that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes to serve and protect the site: IP address, browser type, pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

Who sees it

• The launch-list form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our inbox and does not keep a copy for its own use.
• Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
• We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers above, or when the law requires it.

Purchases

We sell through Amazon. Amazon's privacy notice governs anything you do on Amazon, including orders, payment and reviews. We see only what Amazon provides to sellers, which does not include your payment details.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, or by replying "unsubscribe."
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
• California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including to know, delete and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
